A Pattern Preservation Project pattern, this design, circa 1921 for a long apron, in two views.   This pattern is a wonderful early 20s pattern, that can also work for late 1910s styles, or use it for today's fashion!

This pattern has almost no construction information and is recommended for "Advanced" level stitchers. Please read more below.

----Styles Included----
Two different aprons, both in longer lengths than we are accustomed to today.  One is squared at the ends, and one is curved.

----Size----

This pattern was only available in one size, Vintage Size Medium- Bust of 38-40 inches.

----Difficulty----

This pattern includes only one very vague page of period instructions with no instruction text and no modern instruction. Please expect some experimentation when making this pattern.  Note that this pattern did not include any written instructions. The original diagram is included. You use the numbered notches to assemble the pattern.

The patterns in the Pattern Preservation Project are suggested for Advanced/Expert skill level by default, as the instructions are extremely minimal and vague. However, adventurous stitchers of all levels who don't mind experimentation or assembly without instructions may attempt this pattern. This pattern has been replicated in its entirety.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO MAKE A MOCK UP TO TEST PATTERN FIT AND CONSTRUCTION BEFORE CUTTING INTO YOUR FASHION FABRIC.

--- The original front and back cover images. The back cover included very basic sewing diagram that were provided in the period, with no text instruction. No separate instruction insert was originally included with this pattern (they are not missing, they just were just not provided by this maker in this period). 

--- One page about Pattern Preservation Project with links to my blog for period sewing books and other period fashion information which may help with sewing antique patterns. There are no tutorials for this pattern specifically. You must be familiar with how to put a garment together using pattern shapes and garment illustration.
